downloading rapidAER installation package

The rapidAER UI installation package for Windows 10 and higher is a single file executable (66 MB). The rapidAER UI version provides a User Graphical Interface for the EPA AERMOD model and allows running the AERMOD executable for the latest several EPA executable versions (download for free from the EPA SCRAM web site). It also allows running AERMOD simultaneously on multiple CPUs on core i7 and i9 PCs
